The Bozeman Development Consortium (BDC) is a nonprofit, volunteer organization made up of development industry professionals architects, engineers, contractors/builders, developers, realtors, and lending professionals) working in and around Bozeman, Montana. Our mission is taking a leadership role in collaborating with the City of Bozeman to stay ahead of issues impacting the development community for the sake of maintaining economic vibrancy and resilience in our region.
More specifically, to be a member you must do two things:

Recruiting industry leaders from diverse development specialties
Encouraging our city and county officials to be both legislatively and fiscally responsible in the best interest of our citizens
Helping our city and county with best-practices and efficiencies that benefit our community and citizens
Maximizing economic opportunities which serve and benefit citizens, businesses and the community as a whole
Fostering solution-minded partnerships and workgroups with commissions, boards, and officials with an emphasis on best-practices economic development
Advocating for affordable housing and home ownership
Facilitating business and job creation through skilled-workforce training
Campaigning with and for candidates who support our mission and its supporting activities
Collaborating with our city and county by providing industry insight, with fair-mind, logic-driven, thoughtful solutions to development process problems
