The BDC is making headway in our collaboration with various regulatory authorites in Gallatin County. In particular, as a difficult 2020 come to a close, we hope to achieve acknowledgment and authorization for "Concommitant Construction" of various aspects of large-scale projects that would otherwise be compelled to span two construction seasons in the older "Serial Construction" paradigm.
