BDC Members,
The Bozeman Community Development Department would like to welcome two new Development Review Coordinators, Ross Knapper and Dianne Tolhurst. These new positions grew out of organizational improvements that City Manager Mihelich brought with him from past experience and were funded by the Commission through the fiscal year 2021 budget increases for Community Development. The Development Review Coordinators will add capacity to the department and will shepherd development projects from inception to completion creating one point of contact for our customers, improving both communication and efficiencies throughout the process. Each of you, as projects are submitted will be assigned a Coordinator and it is our intention that you will be working with this same Coordinator on all future projects. This is meant to allow you to build a relationship with this Coordinator and lend some consistency to your work with the not only the Community Development Department but also the Parks Department and the Development Review Engineers. I want to thank City Management, the Commission and all of you for continued support as we work to streamline the development review process.
