Bozeman Community Development Department and Community Development Attorney Kelly Rischke, felt that the provisions in the South University District Large Project Concomitant and Phased Construction Variance, passed on 4-2021, should be fully incorporated into a broader Unified Development Code revision, resulting in what is easily one of the most sweeping Dev Code changes in the last decade.
